Shipping is done twice a week, expect a few days for delivery. I'll do my best to get you a tracking number as soon as possible after your order has been shipped. 

We only use trusted couriers, primarily relying on Courier Guy for our logistics.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Chances are, your order is on the way. We recommend checking your email for the latest updates, including spam folders. If no follow up has been received, please drop us an email at info@seedstash.co.za and we will make sure to follow up for you.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Most postal services do not operate on public holidays, and neither do we 😉

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout South Africa, with the exclusion of a rare few areas that are not covered by regular courier services.

How long does shipping take?

Right now, we're shipping out orders twice a week, with courier delivery times around 48 to 72 hours. 

Why do I need to provide my number?

We understand the hesitancy in disclosing your phone number, but it's a requirement from couriers to ensure customers can be contacted during the delivery process.
