AI Use Policy

We understand that AI use can be off-putting. It’s why we implement a careful balance of human and AI assisted content. All strain reviews are created by humans, all the time. And anything that relates to subjective experience, we take a human-first approach.

Where AI is used, is in the sourcing and construction of complex data across multiple sources, in a way that I could never. This includes things like building useful tools for growers, apps for cultivation tracking or in-depth scientific articles.

Our photography is captured almost exclusively by hand, with a real photographer. And AI may only be used to improve final aesthetics or produce composites that offer a better experience. What you won’t find, are cheap – tacky and overplayed AI imagery that looks just like everything else.

The philosophy here at Seed Stash is simple. Let the human drive the project, use AI to facilitate that process in a more efficient manner, while never sacrificing quality or accuracy for the sake of efficiency.
